MIKE AYALA

Mike Ayala has owned and operated mobile home parks since 2007, and has been active in construction and management since he was 15 years old. He graduated from the Associated Builders and Contractors 4-year project management program at age 22 and then became a licensed instructor.

Shortly thereafter, his first project was the management and oversight of a multi-million-dollar casino remodel. By age 24, Mike founded his first construction company and has been involved with over 2,000 projects totaling over $1 billion, including hospitals, courthouses, federal buildings, casinos, mills, gold-processing facilities, civil projects, multi-family homes, and shopping centers, mobile home parks and single family homes.

Of the companies he started, most notable is the construction company that scaled quickly to more than 100 employees and sold at a $12 million valuation, making it onto the Inc. 2009 “2500 Fastest Growing Companies in America” list. Mike currently owns and manages over 1700 Mobile Home lots, has renovated over 500 units, and manages over $3M a year in rents under management.

KARA AYALA

Kara Ayala is a seasoned entrepreneur, investor, and visionary leader at Park Place Communities. With nearly two decades of experience in real estate, Kara has grown a personal portfolio that spans 172 mobile home lots, 45 single-family homes, and 3 commercial buildings. As CEO, she oversees a dedicated property management team responsible for 1,700 mobile home park lots, fostering strategic growth and ensuring operational excellence across the company’s portfolio.

Since beginning her real estate investment journey in 2006, Kara has developed expertise in diverse areas, including project management, full-scale remodels, bookkeeping, investor relations, and interior design. Her extensive knowledge and commitment to continuous improvement make her an invaluable asset to Park Place Communities and a leading figure in real estate. Through her visionary leadership, Kara continues to drive the company forward, creating sustainable, profitable, and community-focused investments.

AIMEE LENTZ

Aimee is the Director of Operations at Park Place Communities, with over 30 years of experience in property management. She began her career as a leasing consultant and quickly progressed into management roles. Her expertise spans a range of property types, including conventional, HUD, collegiate, affordable, and active adult communities.

Aimee previously served as a Regional Manager, overseeing a portfolio of 7,900 military homes on Air Force and Army installations. She has extensive experience in project transitions, financial management, lease-ups, and sales. Aimee joined Park Place Communities in July 2019 and plays a key role in overseeing operational processes across the organization.

A native of Mississippi, Aimee attended the University of Alabama.

DYLAN BURNS

Dylan Burns is the Head of Marketing at Wavemark Capital, where he leads strategic efforts to build the firm’s brand and connect with accredited investors seeking high-yield real estate and private equity opportunities. With a focus on clear communication and targeted marketing initiatives, Dylan plays a key role in ensuring that Wavemark’s investment offerings reach the right investors.
